Hello, hello, and welcome back! We hope you had an awesome break. We are so excited for everything in store for HEROs this semester, and we are ready to change lives with you by our side!
LIGHTS, CAMERA, RECRUITMENT!
We want YOU to join the HEROs family! We will be tabling on campus through the end of January. Come see us as each day as we dress as some of our favorite classic movies like the Wizard of Oz, Star Wars, and many more! Still not sure if HEROs is the organization for you? Come to our Interest Meeting on Friday, January 25th @ 4pm in MLC 348 to find out more!
If you’re looking to get more involved with HEROs this semester you should definitely join a committee. This year there are six committees to choose from. These include Kid Events, Marketing/Public Relations, Recruitment, Child Relations, High School Relations, and Events! Each committee has one or two committee heads that will guarantee to make this year awesome. Another thing to note is that committees are year round. Be on the lookout in the following week for a blog post that goes more in depth about each committee.
2019 is going to be the biggest and best year HEROs has ever seen. You definitely don’t want to miss it. Join HEROs and let’s change lives together!
