Why I am a HERO:I joined HERO freshman year to meet people, and I stayed in HERO until now because of the wonderful people I have met, especially the kids. I love being apart of something so important to these children, because without us they would not have the opportunities that they do have. I have fallen in love with each and every kid in HERO and everything about it. These kids deserve an amazing childhood as much as anyone else, and I am blessed to be apart of this for them.
My goals for the semester is to continue to raise awareness for these kids and to inform others. I also want to continue to build relationships we have with thes kids and these families with events we have already instated, along with new ones. |
