Why Cam’s a HERO: I joined to be involved, initially. After I got into it after a few months and raised enough money to go to the HERO Olympics in the winter, that totally changed my perspective of what I was really doing it for. UGA HEROs quickly became just a philanthropy I was made to do into an organization that I want to make my own impact on.

Cam’s “WOW!” moment: The HERO Olympics, without a doubt

The ideal HERO is… energetic, enthusiastic, and honestly has a passion to really change something.

Cam’s advice for new HEROs: Be open to people; you’re doing this for the kids, and they’ll hold back if you do too.
