What is the 11.11 campaign?

This special fundraising campaign will serve as UGA HEROs final push for this semester. We’re all in this together–executive council members, committee members, freshman council leaders and members, rising leaders, philanthropists–we’re all getting at least 11 people to give $11! We can end the semester on a high note, but not without the support from each member of UGA HEROs. 11.11 is a HERO wide movement. The 11.11 campaign starts on 11.11.11 and will end on World AIDS Day (December 1st).

How you get involved with the 11.11 campaign?

You can get involved with the 11.11 campaign in a variety of ways. The easiest and fastest way to reach out to 11 people (or more) is to send emails through the UGA HEROs Kintera Fund Raising Site. Watch this video to figure out how to send emails. Another awesome way to raise you money is through love offerings. Don’t know what a love offering is? Check our video here! Personal fundraising is also effective.

Who should I ask?

You can ask anyone, but try Parents, Old/Current Professors, Aunt/Uncle, Grandparents, God Parents, Brother/Sister, Cousin, Elem/Middle/High School Teacher, Church friend/pastor, Friend’s parent, etc. get creative!
